The Development Group directs and oversees all fundraising activities for GHS. This committee develops and implements a coordinated, long-term fundraising strategy with the goals of bridging the budget gap and providing additional funds that are absolutely necessary to enable GHS to achieve the short- and long-term goals set forth in our strategic plan. The members coordinate the three major opportunities to donate: The Family Fund Run; the Annual Giving Fund; and the Annual GHS Auction. We are looking for volunteers who are committed givers; believe in GHS mission; are skilled at fundraising or willing to learn those skills; are highly regarded in the school community; and are willing to give the necessary time.

This committee provides recommendations and advice on planning and executing the maintenance and improvement of the GHS school facility. The members create and oversee a maintenance and replacement plan for all fixed assets; they oversee special projects and other matters involving the improvement of the facility; and they coordinate and lead volunteers for maintenance of building and grounds.
