The Annual Giving Fund is a year-round drive to raise funds for GHS, with our major push in November.  This year our theme is “Partnership Giving” in order to emphasize our push to educate the GHS population about the need to give and how we can come together to give.  This year GHS has set a goal for this drive of $150,000 --and we are striving to create of culture in which we can count on 100% parent participation.  Remember, while we cannot all give in equal amounts, we can all give in the spirit of equal sacrifice. 

We all know that no real progress can take place without the funds to fuel that progress -- these funds come from the generosity of our community.  So, please look forward to receiving the Annual Giving pledge materials in mid-November and have your checks in by Thanksgiving.  During the first week in December, the Development Committee will be making calls to all those who have not yet contributed.  So if you want to avoid the call … Don’t stall!  Get your pledges in on time! 

We will also be following up in April with those who expressed a willingness to consider a gift during our drive, but who have not yet contributed at that time.  GHS and your children will thank you!
